WIAW

Happy Wednesday! Today is my first WIAW on my DietBet! To discipline myself even more, I downloaded the MyFitnessPal App on my phone. I’m really liking it so far! I like that I can track my food, exercise, and water intake. Plus, it has a barcode scanner which is super helpful.

WIAW GOES GREEN

Breakfast yesterday was one of my usual picks lately, cereal with blueberries. I changed things up today and went with Multi-grain Cheerios, instead of my Chex. I also decided it was easier and less messy to eat it out of cup while attempting to type and answer my phone.

This picture of my salad I snapped in the morning while putting it together. It was a combination of 50/50 lettuce mix, chickpeas, cucumbers, mushrooms, 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, and a little avocado that went on after. I was not a fan of the lettuce mixture once I started eating it and ended up picking around it.

Dinner was super boring, like ridiculously boring. A very large sweet potato with an Al Fresco Chicken Sausage. At least it tasted good and filled me up.

Since I got home from work a little earlier than usual, I was able to get in a little walk on the treadmill and some weights after my dinner! Every little bit of exercise helps!
